This home is under renovation following a flood. The buyer loved the neighborhood and wanted the property, but major repairs were needed for livability. Additionally, they wanted to add square footage and raise the ceiling in living areas.

It’s my job to ensure the general contractor is completing work on time and within the allotted budget for the home renovation. Lenders require an inspection prior to withdrawal any funds from escrow. As progress is made, the GC is paid and repairs or substandard work must be corrected prior to payment. This protects all parties and ensures that payments align with expectations.
